Cultus Carby starting problem on CNG in the Morning

I have cultus non efi 2007. It never starts on CNG in the morning or if parked for more than 24 hours in winters. Also if parked for more than 24 hours, after starting on petrol it becomes difficult to switch it to CNG. On petrol it doesn't have any starting problem. This problem is faced only in winters. And once started the problem doesn't exist the whole day. This issue remained last winter , and I visited different mechanics for Carby service, cng setting, tuning but of no use. Pl suggest me what can I do to get rid of this problem.

Get the tappets adjusted from some renowned mechanic. CNG has nothing to do with carburettor so dont let the mech fiddle with it, just for the sake of making some money.

This problem doesn't exist on petrol, still the tappets need adjustment?
Tappets were also adjusted last year.
I also read in another thread, someone suggested to a person with similar problem in efi 2011,to replace cng kit coil piston? Pl suggest whether this can be helpful?

Give ur kit give connection thru relay and check if ur ignition coil is having 12 v current at cold start check ur battery also

Kya gari subha start karte waqt CNG per phansi phansi si ya bhari bhari feel hoti hai.

Also try to shutoff the car on petrol and start on petrol after driving for like 10 mins then convert to CNG. This way your carb will remain good, fuels lines also intact, engine will be a bit smoother.

Trick for carby engine cars. before starting a cold car. push the full accelerator 2,3 times, switch one and off the ignition 2,3 times. again push the accelerator 1,2 time and then try to start. Idk the reason to do this before starting carby engine in winters. I always face the same issue in winters. once my mechanic told me this jugar or trick, after that never had such problem. secondly try to park car under shade at nights.

You are lucky if your car starts on petrol. I had to get the carburettor of my alto services coz of not starting on petrol. If there is no problem in starting on petrol it is highly advisable to switch off after converting on petrol. Moreover get the tapet adjusted from some competent mech. In my experience most of the starting problems get solved by tapet adjustment

the car has Hydraulic Tappets and i think they dont require to be adjusted!

The best part is you got resolved your issue by tapet adjustment. warna subha gari start na honey ka b stress he hota hai

Koi khas bhari nai feel hoti, self smooth he hota hai lkn gari start nai hoti. Problem ye bhi hai k 24 hours se zyada parked rahay phir petrol pe start kr bhi lo tou cng pe convert nai hoti easily

The car is very smooth on petrol. Would have driven it on petrol only but the pathetic average on petrol, 7 to 8 kmpl without, ac doesn't allow me. Otherwise besides the complications of gas, luggage space also remains quite an issue for me due to cng cylinder.

Get the CNG kit tuned and the carburetor tuned properly. Also check for the ignition system CNG requires it to be a bit advanced. You car doesn't have the tappet issue.

Solution : I went to CNG Mechanic and briefed him about the issue. Initially he removed pipe from kit towards carb, and checked gas pressure with hand. He told that kit needs to be checked as it is passing more gas than desired. He opened the kit, cleaned it thoroughly and changed a small bullet like thing in it.

Now the car mostly starts on first self in the morning.
Car pick has improved a lot.
The next day I had to travel out of city so i checked the average. It gave 290km on one cylinder at 200 bar pressure (capacity of empty cylinder is 9.5kg at 220 bar pressure) including 55% motorway, 20 percent highway and 25% local traveling.
