Cultus dim lights problem

Can anyone explain about the problem of dim headlights. I am using 2008 model and suffering from light problem,how can i fix it any suggestion to improve the light of car?

Have you changed the bulbs? Install new ones

visit battery shop ask them to check the battery & charging system
they will check the battery fluid specific gravity with hydrometer
and test the battery with battery meter.

if all is ok

check head light bulb holders any corrosion may be cleaned with WD-40 or rustoleum anti rust
lastly if the H-4 bulbs are 55/60W - change to Philips daylight in same wattage

@zaidnmp firstly follow what @capsat sir said. And please post pics if your headlamps. May be there is no electrical fault and the head lamps are the main problem. Something happen to a kid in my neighborhood with his mehran no electrical faults but the head lamp reflectors were a lost cause.
