Asalamualaekum, meri gari ka aksar issue rhta hai jb sy li hai abnormal race rhti hai still nahi rhti.. or jb garam ho jaye 10 15 min bad to rpm 1 sey neechy jata aksar bnd bhi ho jati, or quick response nae dyti accelerate krtay huay, kafi mechanic ko dikhaya hai wo chup kr k sensor changekr dyty na kuch or dkhtay koe error nae ata, khyr mein last time ja k check krwaya same yhi kaha TPS sensor change ho ga etc etc, mein ghr aya throtle body utari sensor ko TPS sensor ko or throttle body ko petrol sey achi trf saaf kiya, usky bad jb wapis as it is lagai to gari start krtay hi rpm janab 5 6 py pncha hua, ab sensor utar k dekha chock ko bhi tps ko bhi lakin race full pnchi hoti hai k acceletar dyny ki zaroort nae prti,

Cultus suzuki ki kitaab se aik iqtebaas hai, agar aap ka karigar apni koi kahani sunae to unn se doori ikhtyaar karein.

hahaa rigght lakin masla yh hai k koe mechanic aik bat py to mutahiq hon aik kahta throttle body change krein aik kahta sensor kharab hai aik kahta saaray sensor aik jysy hi atay new lagwany ka faida nae hai, is scenario mein banda kya krey kis py yakeen kry, mny tung aa k forums py ja k youtube py khud cheezein dekhi aj service ki throtle bdy ki TPS sensor utara to beech mein usi seal hoti wo thee hi nae mein gya bazar seal ly k aa k fit ki petrol sey achy sy saaf kiya as it is wapis lga di, but jb start ki to rpm seedha 5 6 py, asoolan to normal 2 py hota hai or jb gari garam hoti to wapis 1.5 ya 1 py aa jata but yh ulta ho gya, nae smjh ari baqi app log btayn

efi cultus doesnt have "choke" - its an idle speed control motor. The engine rpm is managed by the ECU which controls cold start rpm via this motor, its base for knowing engine temperature is from the coolant temperature sensor. This is why I asked if the engine is running cold.

change your mechanic and head to someone who knows how to diagnose these.

Throwing parts and "petrol se safai" is a very quick way to empty pockets, a throttle position sensor should never ever be cleaned with petrol as it has carbon contacts inside which get dissolved by petrol. The idle motor spindle is lubricated, If washed with petrol it will remove this lube and wear down badly.

Mny youtube py hi dekha tha bahir ki videos thee mostly, they used to spray WD-40, so mny petrol use kiya, ptani iska kya solution hai..

First of all buy a bluetooth scanner like Vgate Elm 327 version 1.5. It will cost you hardly Rs 1500. Down load an app SZVIEWER into your smart phone. Plug in the scanner in an obd port under your steering, close to the steering column. Just turn on your ignition switch and connect that scanner with your smart phone and when its connected and you see ecu perameters on your mobile screen then double tap your mobile screen. You will see some perameters like throttle position sensor voltage at idle. It should be around 0.80 volts. If not then loose TPS screws and rotate it left or right to adjust at required voltage. After that find IAC valve duty cycle % on same screen. That duty cycle should be 5-35% at idle on warmed up engine. If it not then loose IAC sensor screw and rotate it same as TPS to get required duty cycle %. Even you will find your engine's desired rpm before starting it.
But first of all check that is your engine has thermostat valve installed and fan is on auto mode.

Yeah bring the car will look in to the issue and it will be inshallah resolved. There might be some minute detail that is being ignored by the mechanics you've visited uptill now.

It is very useful tool. It will tell you any error codes stored in ecu memory and you can erase them.
