Cultus efi 08 - radiator fan is direct, auto mode not working

radiator fan is unable to work on auto because radiator fan input signal is always grounded/earth (in case of auto). so fan is direct. what steps are needed to make it auto again? one electrician was saying may be efi computer chip needs to be replaced ... which is not making sense ...
kindly guide which step should be taken first n so on to make it auto instead of going through efi computer replacement?

having the same exact same issues! firstly this is my first ccar and i know nothing about cars please help.
cultus 2008 efi
i had white smoke issue mechanic said work needs to be done on engine gasket and seals. he charged me around 25k for it. before engine work smoke started at around 90km but now it comes around 130 km.
before engine work ac was wokring fine but now if i turn on ac engine shuts down..
before engine work there was no issue of starter but now car starts on first try but if fan is on aauto and when heat needle rises to 30-40% and i shut off and restart the car it doesnt take any crank even. i turn on fan manually and after 5-10 min car starts. however if i ride car on manual fan from beginning thn sit switches on easily no matter how many times i turn it off..
before engine work battery was fine but after engine work it drains overnight and i have to take out battery and get it charged from battery shop to use car.. it doest even start by pushing the car.
