Cultus efi hesitation issue (occasional)

My cultus is hesitating alottttttt now...but this occurs suddenly and momentarily and keeps on going again and again... Its like even if i press the accelerator till floor, the rpm keeps on falling and seems like the engine power is totally cut...and within 2 seconds the car is back to normal and runs perfectly fine!!! In the morning/cold start, yes it gives a good amount of smelly white smoke and then all is ok and smokeless...showed it to Enercon Scanning Karachi and he said all sensors are fine as no Check light..he said efi cultus me cng ki electronic T/lambda masla hai isko manual wali laga dete hain hopefully you will good to go...but the problem stands unresolved!

Please give your valuable input..

Please note i have brand new plug wires and plugs...new air filter, tappets setting done...

Possibly check that the air filter is clean and fitted correctly. Also check that the air rubber hoses are air tight and not leaking.
Seems to me not enough air to fuel mixture do somewhere there is a blockage .

Yes air filter is brand new and fitted correctly. I have shown to electricians and mechanics and all have said there is absolutely no problem... But this stupid hesitation comes up only sometimes and remains occuring afterwards

Does the cultus have a egr valve have that checked also clean throttle body and cable linkages as well

No egr valve in cultus i guess...plug wires are brand new

I asked mandviwala...they charge 650 for tuning...how is yr experience of tuning from danish? Car me and mileage me kuch farq para?

Yea I am satisfied 100% with Danish motors.
Even they told" me exact problem before checking.

As per mechanic i need software tuning of my cng thing and that can be done only by a dealership

My mechanics told me same that I need a computerized tuning of cng.
But as per dealers mechanics
The computerized tuning is aslo not working in new model cars.
Tuning manual he krte hen dealers bhe.
But Tariqa e kaaar different hota he
Dealer choti choti chiz ka khayal rakhte hen.
Or tuning k bad scanner laga k check krlete hen
K everything working perfectly or not?

• Check the distributor cable going to ECU. If it has some joint in it, check that to make sure it is not corroded. This wire sends signal to ECU.

• Check the MAP sensor as well.

• Check the grips of ECU. The weak electrical connections can cause problems.

• Your problem indicates that there is some current issue. ECU is not getting proper signal from some sensor or distributor.

• Even if there is some problem in a sensor, Cultus ECU is too dumb to detect that. So even scanner shows no problems.

My car is having issue on cng only...petrol per its ok and fine...means there is some issue in cng setup. Its factory fitted so means no other mechanic plays with it...

Aaj subha car Mandviwala motors per dee hai. Lets see. They said 2000 charges for detailed tuning including tappets...lets see now.
