Cultus efi throwing petrol from exaust?

hey guys ,
my friend 2007 efi cultus throwing petrol from exaust , i wonder what could be the reason for that , the car is properly tuned recently , car when start on petrol shakes a bit but than it seems okie on the other hand it works absolutely perfect on cng , recently we just observed fresh petrol coming out from exaust , experts please let us know what could be the reason for that ? thanks in advance .

car had done almost 40 thousand km and the plugs and oil is recently changed .

I also replied your PM on this - and now its your job to take out the plugs and see which ones are really really black - (petrol in exhaust means the engine would be misfiring so badly it would be undriveable and the engine oil level would increase too as petrol mixes in it)

u are always a shinning star xulfiqar i just read your email thanks a lot , the first thing i had checked was plugs and they all seems perfect to me now we had pour caltex 20w50 recently in it and after that oil change car sounds abnormal so my friend change the oil today and when oil was taken out he was shocked that oil was so dirty and thin just like water drops the shocking part was we bought that oil from caltex biggest petrol pump in gulshan , u remember i was complaining about that oil aswell me and my friend pour that brand together , anyways i dont know whats actually wrong with his efi cultus but as u stated i will ask him to change or rather clean the plugs tommarow lets see if that changes any thing , also i would never use caltex again , he just change to shell and the sound of car seems normal this time so its definately the caltex oil that had done this , now i dont know what it will do to my car sigh :s

although there is no missfiring and car is drivable it jsut the petrol finishes so we have to pour another 2 litres petrol and the car starts on petrol and after few minutes it shifts on cng and than it runs smooth but there is no missfiring for sure .

hot engine oil will thin out - its pretty normal. And if you are so finicky about the originality of oil get it from their depot - call caltex sales and they will tell you.

I used to do that with Fuchs and used to get oil delivered to me or a place nearby me. If you are in Gulshan-e-Iqbal - go to Talha Lubes on Abul Hassan Ispahani road, this shop carries all good brands which are not rebranded or smuggled. They carry Agip, Fuchs, Mobil, Total, Caltex and some Liqui Moly oils. All in reasonable rates.

thanks for sharing such info xulfiqar , i am still confused what could be the reason that makes this oil . petrol , water mixture coming from exaust , cant be carburator as this is a efi version of cultus .

firstly - let the car warm up completely then check, when cold the ECU will run it rich making it smell of petrol at the exhaust and steam out some condensation too. When normal hot - the ECU will go into closed loop and lean out its mixture to sensible figures and clean out the exhaust emissions including water condensation.

Your carburettor also has temperature controlled functions (the cold autochoke e.g. which increases fuel mixture and rpm when cold)

The mixture of gunk you see in the exhaust pipe is accumulated sediment in it - every car has it, be it new or old

its definately petrol mixed with water deposit , as after xulfiqar post i observed it more deeply , basically car do it when its cold once i switch car on as its efi its automatically go into petrol mode and than after few minutes it converts to cng in those few minutes that petrol mixture deposit keeps coming out from exaust and than its converts into cng and car runs fine after that this is my observation , also is there any way we can start car on cng ? i mean there must be a way .

update : went to suzuki workshop today near quad e abad , first of all i would like to comment on there kind gesture damn i was there 5 hours with my friend waiting in there small waiting room and no body even ask for a cuppa tea damn they were very very good customer caring people phew anyways they took my friend car for inspection after 5 hours they gave us the result that 2 of 4 injectors are not working so we have to change all 4 injectors which will cost almost 32 thousand rupees , good lord i was like wtf hardly 2 years old car and this fault no body seems to know the reason why this happened , they took 1200 rupees for inspection and off u go , interesting and shocking eh , any one else know a good place we will take our cultus efi for inspection Ps do not tell us any suzuki workshops thanks .

if its injectors, they aint expensive...u can get them within 3-5k easily
iv changed 1998 citys injectors two times...4 injectors for 2500rs, working perfectly fine till the day
i took out the plug wires one by one and could easily see the cylinders which were not working..3 out of 4 injectors needed to be replaced, i replaced all just in case

try toyota injector cleaner first. they might just work

Injectors Dead....? car is running fine on petrol??? maybe injectors are leak....maybe they need cleaning.....!! maybe DEAD...but they don't get dead or leak that easy until or unless someone wired or mess with wiring so that injector remain open so long....!!
i smell something fishy b.t.w
