Screw parts melted, and T- Valve absent, may be pointing towards each other.

Car got heated up, someone removed T-Valve to avoid further damages, but the Question is; why car got heated up at the 1st place?

And what measures were taken to rectify that issue?

OK. Good to know. But as I had said, drive for at least 1,000 Kms, and then observe oil reduction issues (GOD Forbid), if there are any.

Now some competent garage and mechanic are becoming a must, to sort out issues one by one.

@nomi01 Dear can you shed some light on the issues which OP is facing? and what steps could be taken to rectify the damages caused?

@khizar_abbaspaki might bring his car from HafizAbad to Islamabad, if there is a guarantee that all issues will get resolved, either via swapping, or rebuild / overhaul.

Then many things can be wrong, rings, pistons, and may be, even the crankshaft.

"Goonj" is not considered good in engines.

For vibrations, there could be many reasons, bad engine mounts, air filter not in place, dirty throttle body, etc.
