nope dear i never own margalla so no idea about it ,,,,,,,,,cultus carb is of 6.5 to 7 K

you can see in pic half the holder is burned. see heating system is closed by pipe. these r the headlights and pic of the bulbs which were already in headlights i think same germany bulbs r those 55/60 watts.so plse comments for headlights. i know taiwan make r of 2200/- though i didn't saw them when i asked a suzuki parts shopkeeper. if u have seen and those r reliable should i go for those?.Genuine price he told me 12000/-

hey guys m posting again, hope u @agoodfriend and xulfiqar bro remember that i asked u guys regarding my brakes which gives a sound while i press padel, well the problem was with that caliper (piston) which i serviced before, last night my one side rotor was getting extra warm, almost jammed, i lift it up and disassemble the wheel, rotor was extra hot and moving hardly, i put some water to make it normal, after halfhour i lifted the caliper and press multiply the padel but that piston was pretty hard and padel was soft too, please share ur experience regarding it, m planing to buy new calipers, but what could be the reason that make rotor extra hot, and jammed?and after putting water it gets 80% normal???

the caliper piston has rusted in place due to brake fluid not being changed. You need to replace the caliper or at least rebuild it if the piston is still polished where the seal rides on.

Firstly get rid of the twist tape jobs that you have on the holders, get a fresh pair of very good quality holders and solder the wires to the original ones, then only use the correct 55/60W H4 bulbs, Soldering would ensure that you get minimum loss to the bulbs and they would glow bright.

well previously i thought the head light is been melted from the place where the tube sits ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that holder mets because of lose connections ,,,,,,,,,,,change the holders and sold the wires as suggested by Mr Zulfiqar,,,,,,,,,,,,taiwan made head lighst are installed in my 06 cultus and they are not too bad,,,,,,,,,,,,,as i mention before that there quality and finish is acceptable,,,,,,,,,,,,,check pic which i attached,,,,,,,,,,,,,also remove all the relays and use 55/60 watt tube,,,,,,,
about the water hose,,,,,,,,i mention before that restore all that as per factory,,,,,,,,,,,,you can see the hose diagram in my previous posts ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

pull the pistons out , once i pull the pistons of mehran and found that the cylinder is full of rusty oil,,,,,,,,,,also the piston polish is all gone and O ring cant able to seal it if i push the piston back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this happens when you replace the pads,,,,,,,,,,,new pads are thicker and you need to push the piston back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the portion of piston which is out side the O rings was all full of rust because the protective boot was not installed and no lubrication was there to prevent it from rusting,,,,,,,,,,,,,in this case there was no option other than to replace the whole assambly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
remove the bolt which holds the hyudralic line and insert a screw driver init and strike the piston from back side to strike it out,,,,,,,,,,,,some time you need a hyudralic pressure to push the piston out,,,,,,,,,for that simple remove the pads from one side and ask some one to push the pedal ,,,,,,,,,,piston will be out alone with lot of oil to waste,,,,,,,,,,,to remove the piston from the other side you have to block the hyudralic line of the first piston (which you remove already) and then press the pedal again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this may be not posible for you ,,,,,,,,,so batter try the first one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,in my case i flush the cylinder with fresh hyudralic oil with out removing the piston,,,,,,,,,,,you can clearly see the inner story of cylinder from the bolt of huudralic line,,,,,,,,,,,,,inside was not rusty so i simply flush it,,,,,,,,,,,,

i will do as u advised. but tell me why only one point of bulb get hot within seconds. yesterday i broke that holder and connected wire direct to bulb then i put on lights and i touched the bulb it was so hot from one point.

headligt didn't melted only holder melted and boot burned. i will sold the wires as suggested by zulfiqar and you. you know problem get worse when oncoming vehicle have strong light i get blind.

yes i use coolant in radiator just few days back i changed the coolant and put gaurd coolant in radiator though i didn't checked it in freezer.

opps its way too expensive,,,,,,,,,first try fixing your old carb,,,,,,,,,,,there are some shops at sultan kaa khoo rwp who repair carb,,,,,,,,,,

well no idea about the brand ,,,,,,,,,,,once i use NGK and SEIWA brand cables ,,,,,,,,,,,but at that time i havent checked there resistances,,,,,,,,,batter go for the original one,,,,,,,,,i dont think the copy of local one car work,,,,,,,,,,,,,,also take your multitester along with you and check the resistance of the new cables at the shop,,,,,,,,,,,,may be some cheap or fake one wont matches with the original spec,,,,,,,,,,

Be attentive while buying head lights for ur cars as the projection of lights in LHD & RHD varients differs. & i have found some parts dealers selling LHD version lights (Brand new & Used) for relatively cheap price.

A good observer can see differnce in lense structure very clearly. However the arrows symbols mentioned on both lights also reflects the dirrection of beam according to specific requirments.

I m not sure about the right side light but the one installed on ur cars left side is not the Genuine.
