Cultus engine run-in on motorway

I have bought a new Cultus VXRi CNG. I plan to complete the break-in period for the engine (1000km) on petrol. I have already done 150km on it at max speed of 70km/h (2.5krpm). Now I want to go to Islamabad on Motorway on this vehicle. Please advise:

Is it safe to take thie vehicle on motorway where one has to keep constant rpm?

Secondly, what should be the max speed/rpm which will not harm the engine for the break-in period?

e.g. Is it safe to run at 80-100km/hr in 5th gear constantly on petrol through 350km on motorway?

I dont know about Cultus, but my car's manual said, not to drive car at a constant speed for long, during "initial running".

I had a quick look at Cultus owner's manual but didn't find anything related to break-in period.

I have cultus vxri too. during its 'running period' i took it to kalarkahar from lahore and on CNG!! (700km done by that time).

No issues..

Dont know about SUZUKI CUTLUS But AFAIK modern car engines dont need running more then maybe 100 KM..

one of my uncle does not belive in engine running and he changes cars frequently.trust me his cars are always smoother to drive then other new cars always.
drive the car normal just get the oil changed at 1000km

i neva did this we just take it out from showroom and start driveing it and after some km's we change oil thats it:)

Well as I said i am not sure about SUZUKI but most modern car engines are broken in at the factory before assembly

I never believe in break-in period. I clocked like 120 km/h for my new Santro some 5 years back. & for my steermatic i clocked like 150 kmh and it was just brand new. No Issues.

Cultus should be fine even on constant speeds.

the cars you get have already been tryed and tested. dont worry about the break in period. as they say "running" poori ho kar hi aati hai
