Assalamu alaikum,
We have a 2006 Suzuki Cultus, which we have owned since brand new. Alhumdulillah, it has served us well over the years, but now it needs a complete restoration. Our main concern recently has been its AC Performance, which has bothered my mother, and since it's only used for 5-10 minute trips to the market or school, it doesn't cool the cabin enough, to where opening the windows is better. I was looking into an automatic swap, or even a manual is fine, but with a bigger engine, so it would cool the cabin quickly. Here are a few engine options I was looking at and need insights:
1. M13 or M15 automatic. (M15 would be quite heavier)
2. G13, G15 or G16 ( Those engines are quite old so idk if they will cause problems in the future)
3. 1NZ or 2NZ ( Toyota Reliability is a plus, but idk how the AC performance is on those engines)
P.S. The car had an engine overhaul 2 years ago and a new duet compressor with brand new pipes and condenser installed, but we still weren't satisfied. The purpose of a bigger engine is more power to the compressor, but someone can enlighten me on that, and I also want a bit of a sleeper to satisfy my inner car enthusiast
.
Also arent concerned with initial swap issues or 660cc fuel average.
