Cultus euro 2 fuel affeciency

My cultus 2013 giving 380 km with ac in 35 L tank on highway that make around 11 km/L. Which I think is significantly low based on driving conditions mentioned above. Any suggestion how to make it more feul efficient as I saw some users claiming they achive up to 600 km on highway with the same varient of car. And also suggest a good mechanic in Lahore who understand cultus well

On highway, 11 km/L with AC is below the normal range for Cultus 2013, as most users achieve around 14–16 km/L. To improve fuel efficiency, we recommend:
