Cultus Euro II 2013 AC Problem

AOA,
I have recently bought a cultus euro II 2013 model 85K km driven, the problem is with it's AC.
1: AC seems to function normally under 60-70 speed but trips when I go above that speed.
2: When it is working, it doesn't do a good job with cooling, nowhere near as good as my new mehran.

Can someone provide any solutions, diagnoses, root causes or suggestions for this weird issue?

For 2nd point i would suggest to check if Gas is full and not low....if low then check for leakages...and also check the evaporator inside the dashboard...mine was leaking from there.
