I have a cultus 2012 i purchased it 1.5 years ago but i was facing a problem from the start,
it was having petrol fumes all over the place when driving after own research i came to realization that seal of my gas cap was not good enough and i solved that problem but after that i started to felt another problem, which is having so much gas pressure in tank, my handling got rough after driving the car for 12,13 minutes and after that car felt heavy but slow and acceleration problems, after some research i cleaned my evap charcoal canister and it made an huge difference now car is running much smoothly but still gas pressure in tank ( less than before but it still does exists), what i feel is that even though now canister is clean still car sometimes won't be able to get rid of all the fumes ( sometimes it does too and then the acceleration feel so light)
After doing some research now there are only three things that can be bad
1 : evap vent solenoid ( which for some weird reason does not exists in cultus even though all the modern cars are suppose to have them).
2: dirty pipes coming from tank to canister
3: faulty purge valve ( which i checked by applying 12 volts and it opens and close, but i don't know if it works the same way on pressure too)
does cultus have evap vent solenoid valve and mine one is missing from the start ?
or the purge valve that i checked simply by providing 12V is not a right way to test it and maybe i need to provide some air pressure and then check it ( which is super difficult as i don't have air pressure machine)
