its better to smoke in open areas rather than closed ones, this way u inhale at least some of the fresh air. keep a window or two open while smoking in car, and keep the ventilation sys. on fresh air.

turn the recircle off, means set it on fresh and keep the window a little open . or smoke with AC off and full window down
if ac on then fresh air as said by hash4u and if ac of then the drivers window down and the rear left window down for cros ventilation....
