As mr @s15 mentioned earlier that its safe to install Philips or Osram bubls of rating 55/60w . I agree with him because in this way you only need to replace with original bulbs and thats it. That is the safest thing, you can do it yourself or if done by an electrician he will charge you 50 to 100 Rs for changing of bulbs.
If you go for Koito or any high power bulbs eg: 90/100w then you need relays / cut-outs. A good quality single relay cost you around Rs. 200 to 300, which means around Rs 600 for a pair. And electrician will take Rs 400 for the labor. Total expense for this setup will be Rs 1600 - 1800. Again its not safest as it will decrease life of the housing in the long run, after an year or so your housing will be dull.
So i guess better to stick with some good brand bulbs eg: Philips or Osram. Rest is upto you
