I have a cultus euro 2 2013 model, since past 6 months the car is giving a really bad fuel average around 6km/liter which is really bad. I use 20w 50 pso oil, recently I got its throttle cleaned up but still that car has a bad fuel average. The spark plugs are even fine, if someone can just what can be the problem?
Incorrect oil grade usage... Cultus needs 10w40 oil, not 20w50.. change it
What's the condition of gear oil?... Was it changed ever?How do you know plugs are ok..when were it changed last?Current mileage? Before last 6 months, wht was the avg?
It was around 9km/liter that wasnt even good but now it is 6km/ liter plus yeah ik the oil grade isnt right will change it. I got the plugs checked by the mechanic
Change the plugsChange the gear oilChange to 10w40Hook it up on a scanner and check for parameters that are not correct and get it fixed.
Are u running on direct fan?Total mileage?
Yeah direct fan, mileage is 166000km, will change the oil to 10w40
Well yeah, put it on auto fan and install thermostat back... Remove water and put coolant....
Dont forget to chk overall system on scanner
