Cultus high rpm issue

Salaam brothers
I own cultus 2007 efi
After done the servicing of throttle body my car starts with rpm of 1500 and its stays there whether on petrol , cng or turning on the AC.
Should i be worried because the rpm usually remains at 1000 or below
Please advise

Your idle air control valve is stuck. Clean it properly.

Where it is located? Can you guide me or picture of it

It is attached on throttle body. Ask your mechanic to clean " auto choke" or "slow valve". He will understand it then.
