Cultus VXR 2006 ( NON-EFI )

Jerks in third and fourth gear. 70-80 speed regular. This is on CNG, no problem on Petrol. Some thing like "missing" Jerks at pickup too. Get it tuned several times from different places even two 3S suzuki but no improvment. What's the problem? New air filter new NGK spark pulgs.

change the plugs as well as get it tuned properly, i don`t knw y suzuki 3S was unable to solve ur problem..

advance the timing and block the air upto 50% check the plug wire n ignition coil too may be ignition coil is weak as in CNG the Ignition coil should be 100% ok as it palys vital role to burn the fuel

First of all explain the type of Jerks...

Second i am also facing problem in tuning of CNG in my Cultus, one of my freinds is continously saying to goto Suzuki dealership in I9 as he's saying they have got good equipment and good mechanics, so i'll suggest you to go there and let me know also, i'll be visiting there but might be in next month INSHALLAH.

Change The Plug wires with good ones

which is the best suzuki workshop in islamabad to visit. I want to have compelte checkup of alignemnt, frame, susppension and electronics. Like i want to get my cultus 2006 check every thing. Where?

@Zeeshan as i stated before please check the I9 dealer ship of suzuki...
My freind says they have got every type of equipment.

why we block air while running the car on CNG ? i have alto and civic on cng but there is nothing to block the air and the performance is great on cng too ! i want to know y ppl say block 50 pecent of air on cng ? do thy mean the cng require less air to burn ? or what ?

if so thn y not increase the gas too ?

No improvement, So what to do what to get checked?

Jerks at 70-80 speed in 2rd and 4th gear. new NGK plugs new air filter recently tuned.

Try to adjust the gas your self by following the given procedure,

1) Open the bonnet

2) Loosen the lock nut of adjustment screw at power T.( Installed on gas pipe in-between carburetor and cng regulator or cng kit )

3) Now start and accelerate the engine to 3000 / 3500 RPM and hold steady. (Large engines use 2000 2500 RPM).

4) Turn the adjustment screw clockwise slowly until the engine speed gets dropping, Stop here, and now turn the screw anti clockwise till the speed again start dropping and at this point revert back turning the screw clockwise very slowly until the engine speed becomes on its peak.

5) Lock the adjustment screw at this position.

4) Let engine idle and adjust the idle screw(Brass or plastic screw installed on regulator ) until the engine runs best (not too rich and not too lean).

Can u explain the Jhatkey?
As i am also facing some jhatkey, i.e. some jhatkey like when u start the car on dhakka. i think my coil is not working properly... As now it has started giving taktak..... like sound.
