I think you should add some clarification on this question.
i.e...Do you want any mechanic that can fix cultus OR you want someone to refer you to a reliable mechanic in lahore where you can visit regularly for your car maintenance etc etc...?
Then lets hope someone from LHR answers this once they know the question in detail.
