Cultus Missing Problem after 1 to 2 Km

I have Cultus 2007 EFI. I changed Cylinder Head some days ago..After that Car missing after 1 to 2 Km on brake and check engine sign appear...on start this issue remain continues whenever i use brake.. Car RPM is accurate and Engine sound good. i do not understand why this missing on break....

Did you replace cylinder head yourself?
