Cultus not picking the race

I have 2007 cultus carby.it has a problem as it doesn't pick the race and you have to press the full paddle to reach him to 100 and it doesn't cross the up from 100 and it's take too much time to reach 100..Just like some one is holding back the car.
I changed the fuel filter,fuel pump , tune the car , carburettor cleaning,change jets but in vein..what can i do.. May be is it issue with jets or some other issue.. looking forward for your kind suggestions ️

Does it rev on neutral like it used to. If you press the clutch while running does it stop faster than before. Sometimes the brake drag it down and need adjustment. If the brakes are fine then check the tranny as well

Get your clutch inspected.

Yes it rev as usual as it is.There is no difference by using clutch while applying brakes..ok will look into it.

Yeah do you feel the clutch slipping? Leave tranny as it is usually the last thing to go bad. Does it give smoke etc. I meant press the clitch but dont apply the brakes. If it slows down faster and doesnt coast then the brakes are the culprit

Doesn't emit any smoke but when i press the clutch the car makes sound while changing the gear .. the mechanic is saying may be it's pressure plate or clutch issue.

Also when the car runs almost on 100 for almost 20 to 30 constantly it starts decreasing it's speed even though you pressed the full paddle..
And then if you restart the car then it will come to its position as i explained earlier in the topic.
