Cultus Oil Leak And Over Heating

I have Cultus 2009 efi . There is abnormal amount of oil on the right side of the engine I need expert opinion of what seems to be the issue . Also the car heats up occasionally with AC but the problem is that it's temperature guage needle never goes above 50 % and after driving for 10-15 minutes the needle goes to 50% and stays there due to this few months back I had to replace head gasket what seems to be the issue plz help
P.S. this radiator is hardly 4-5 months old which bought brand new for 3500 and fan is direct

either the disti O ring is leaking, get it replaced to fix or the disti internal seal has leaked, that can also be replaced

temp at half is pretty normal, get the the fan on automatic setting, ensure tstat valve installed, rinse the system n use proper coolant as per manual

How much would an o ring cost and about the temperature guage the problem is the needle doesn't go above 50% even when the car has already overheated and that is a really big problem because I'm driving happily that car is on optimum temperature but in reality it is badly overheating

How do you know it's overheated?

Well actually my father was driving and I wasn't there but I'm guessing he saw smoke and car refused to start after that . Also there was burning smell so he had to call a mechanic and after that car started loosing water from radiator every other day so we had to replace the gasket . After gasket replacement radiator water didn't drop but still whenever we are stuck in a long traffic jam we can feel the car getting sluggish and also smell burning sometimes

That's not how you measure overheating.
Your radiator cap is original?
What is the condition of engine oil?
That burning smell would be cause by the oil as your engine is covered with it due to leakage.

Radiator cap is not original but I've recently bought it's for 250 quality is not to good not to bad but it is functioning properly
Engine oil has been changed 4-5 months back
Your explanation about burning smell is understandable but that still doesn't explain why it blew gasket plus my father was pretty sure and mechanic also told us that was reason
