hi friendz yar mery pass cultus 2003 have lots of problems aik to us kee pick ka problem rehta ha phir vibration nahin ja rahi machnich na kaha tha kay ap ka carborator ka masla ha woo thek kerwa loo woo bhe kerwa leya ha but still vibration ha and 2nd 70 or 80 per jub brake lugti ha to car bund ho jate ha now machanic said its TAPIT problem now people plz help me

Dear Hammad, that can be a problem of Air Filter Box, carburator or something like that, Tapits can be adjusted. Plz go for a fully computerized tuning and Tapit adjustments. InshaAllah this will resolve your problem. Go for a genuine suzuki dealer or a qualified mechanic. Dont go for USTADs

bhai .. try to do a computerized tuning ... i hope this problem will finished ... well i hope that u r talking about missing ??? vibration is something else ...

it is because of weak plugs wire .. air filter.. or faulty plugs ...

Yup Scorpion is right, check your spark plugs and plug wires for any wear and tear.

Dekhne me to ye ziada chizen lag rahi hain jo ooper bhaion ne batai but it wud hardly take ur 1 hr to check all this..... air filter, carburetor, plugs, plug wires, tappit adjustment, computerized tuning.... that's it... ur problem solved..... Sirf tappit aur carburetor can take a lil long time to get fixed but inshAllah u'll b on ur way home at most after 2 hrs.

ok yar main chek kerwa leta hoon tapits but main nay air filter bhee change kerwa ker dekha ha new plugs bhee lagyee hain , yes now wires change ker kay dekhta hoon , ap kafi frienz ya hee keh rhay hain ka current missing ha or 2nd option tapits kee ha us ka kam kerwana paray ga , main nay butterfly ka kam bhee kerwa leya ha jo corborator main hotee ha bus aik or mashwara day dain woo ya kay agher tapits kerwa loon to kitny mian ho jain gay i mean (Rs.) ok take care thanx u all

change plug wires only reason is dat first check kerwoo electrition se tepet atomatic set hote hein eskay bhai mere

Machanics have found this habit of repairing the tapets of cultus saying that they are jamed and are unable to adjust automaticly. Some three machanics have recomended me this and they charge around 3800. But I have not gone for this.

Just have complete tuning, plugs, wires, air filter and timing checked.

The problem you are facing is Decrease of RPM even the engine is hot. It does happen after tuning, Just increase the RPM from the kit or adjust mixture. Your problem is not big.

does cultus required tapit settings ???? as far as i know its tapit adjust automatically ... !!! need some expert advise ...

i m using cultus since 2002 but never saw tapit settings.. as i m use too of sending my car to suzuki may be they do that i donno ...

Cultus tapets are hydrolic and adjust automaticly. But! Machanics say they stop self-adjustment after some time and Jam. The most common issue with cultus. The car losses power. They open the engine head, take out the tapets and reinstall after doing some work.

These are the details machanics told me.

Fantastic, actuly yah machanic apna pesa banay k lia woh chezin khol detin hein jahan masla na ho. Sirf adjustment ki zarort hoti hay, Always have tuneup and CNG adjsutment by good machanic and take care of wires, plugs, air filter, car will run fine. Remember, Cultus runs at its best in 4th and 5th gear dont expect much in 1-3.
