Cultus radiator boils and leaks, please help

I recently got some work done on my car (Cultus 2004 carburetor) and as soon as I left the mechanics I hardly drove for 10 kms that the car overheated, the radiator coolant was boiling and leaking, and steam coming out of the bonnet. The fan was working just fine, I got it checked from another mechanic and he said the radiator needed to be cleaned, so I got it cleaned, it had a lot of rust in it. But now on the way back home I suffered the same fate again. What could be the issue? The fan is working fine, the radiator guy said that there is no leak in the radiator as well. So what could it be? I am really concerned and any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well... I am not an expert, but I think, either there is something wrong with PCV Valve (if its there), or, there is some entrapped air inside the system causing it to overheat. Get it removed ASAP, if its there.

Instead of water, prefer to use a good quality coolant, mixed with de-mineralised water in 50:50 ratio, but 1st, rule out overheating issues.

Fan must be on auto, Radiator Cap replaced with the genuine, OEM one, or at least, good quality one, made in Japan. PCV Valve must be installed.

Change radiator cap with geniune one and check if water is leaking from timing side.Ur water body might be leaking.Also check radiator pipes.

In your case it seems to be faulty water body or thermostat. When you fan is direct it means there is no thermostat. And waterbody is last thing to be checked which is the common issue in the cultus model
