Cultus 2010 EFi Model 150k+ KM driven
In the morning, when the car was cold, I opened the radiator cap and then started the engine. It has an automatic fan, so after 15–20 minutes the fan started. Before the fan kicked in, bubbles and foam began to appear and escape. Once the fan started, I could no longer see anything because the water was dripping back into the radiator. I sent the complete video to my mechanic and he said :
“iska theromastate valve sahe sy khul or band nhe rha jis sy ye horha ha pehly iska theromstate valve change kriengy agr is sy gari set na hoi agar tu phr gas kit ki taraf jaiengy”
In summer, while using the AC, it doesn’t drip too much—only about half a cup after 1,500–2,000 km of city driving.
Is this really harming my engine, or is it already damaged? Or is it just a thermostat-valve issue? I can’t use coolant—has it already rusted and might now cause a leak in an otherwise sound cooling system?
