A.a I have cultus 2003. About 4 months ago the water level of car went down. The winter was about to end and I started using ac in my car. The fan was automatic. I asked my mechanic about the problem. He said the temperature sensor was not right and car gets hot before fan turns on. So I directed the fan. Ater that the problem was still there. The radiator was overflowing the water from reservoir. My mechanic told me to change the cap so I installed an original one. The problem still continued. After that mechanic said there are two possible reasons one is car head's face is out and the other reason could be radiator plastic body (gata). June came. The temp was almost 45-55C outside and I was using ac full time. The heat guage just rose to 3-4 points( in extreme heat) and 2-2.5( in normal weather).because of direct fan. I asked my mechanic if my car had head problem the car should overheat. He said then the other reason could be valid ( gata) . Meanwhile I have out of city almost sheikhupura(65 km) one side, the car performed well. Heat guage comes to Cool (direct fan). The only problem was the radiator was not holding pressure and only a specific amount of water overflowed ( approx. Coolant amount between low and high point in reservoir). After that the water Level didn't drop further. My mechanic after tht installed another radiator in my car for testing if it still overflows water. The problem didn't seem to be solved.after 16 days of testing I reinstalled my old radiator that was in mechanic shop. Surprisingly the radiator didn't lowered water for almost a week but after that the problem again started. now everytime I go somewhere I just opened the bonnet and radiator cap grab the reservoir bottle and put coolant in radiator(the level goes from max to min) and after a small ride (8-15) km the reserviour against goes to max.
Other than that car also lower minute level of coolant. Means I have to add coolant in reservior after 1.5 weeks. Don't know if there is any leakage or any head problem. Kindly share your suggestions
