Cultus RPM Drop Issue on Idle

Salam everyone

I have a EFI Cultus VXR 2009 model and i am facing a issue with it.

Car Drops the RPM when press brake and clutch after running 20+ kilometers. I run the car on Petrol but the problem is on both petrol and CNG. And the problem is on both AC and non-AC.

Heat needle goes upto 35 to 40%

What i have done so far to fix this:

Cleaned Throttle Body
Changed TP Sensor (Since it has some noice)
Changed Gaskit (Gaskit was faulty reducing water. Now Water Problem is fixed)

Any Cultus expert here can guide me, what should i do to fix this issue. Thanks

Car dropping RPM and went off after running 20 kms atleast, problem happens anytime after running around 20 kms when we press brake and accelerator for idling but it went off on idle. Is that enough explanation bro ?

Did you clean idle air control valve? Its location is under the throttle body.

I have cleaned Throttle body but not idle air controller, dont know where it located. Can you send me a pic or something so i know where it is locate.

if you remove the air filter hose, you will see an air inlet port at 7 o clock position. that is the intake for idle air control. spray some carburetor cleaner in there and see if it helps.

What is the condition of the plug wires and spark plugs?

Spark plugs and plug wires are all changed recently. I will check idle air controller.

it is removable from the throttle, the screws that hold it to the throttle are near the two coolant pipes. take it off, clean it with a brush and carburetor cleaner.

Cleaned idle air controller + throttle but still it is dropping rpm on idle after running some kms and when i start it again rpm goes up and down up and down.

Any Cultus expert who knows what can be issue ?? I am tired finding solution really

Did you adjuat IAC valve sensor. Loose its mounting screws and rotate it clockwise a little bit. What is the condition of your throttle blade? Is there any gap in blade and throttle body walls?

Throttle blade is repaired, there was a gap but it has been repaired but still same issue. How much should rotate valve sensor?? a very little or ?

Repaired throttle valve will not work bro. Anyway, try to rotate IAC sensor in steps and tight it as your desired rpm.
