I have 2009 efi cultus and car heats up on ac and also drops rpm when ac turn on but never turn off
well i do turn off automatically when over heat

PLEASE HELP!!!
i have a suzuki cultus 2008 efi, more than 2lakh driven, did the following work but the rpm is fluctuating from 1000 to 2000 and back and car is missing a lot and also misfiring sometimes, car turns off while driving, in neutral on speed breakers. kindly please help and if possible also recommend good speclist in lahore.
work already done:

1- engine seals/ gasket replacement
2- genuine spark plugs
3- throttle body replaced
4- tramission overhauled (gear oil seals)
5- suspension also overhauled
6- engine tuning/ oil change oil filter/ air filter/ gearl oil brake oil changed
7- radiator changed to lords copper with coolant.

kindly help what could be the issue of unstable rpm, could id be electric issue?? and if It resolves then my next step is to work on ac/heater , kindly also recommend ac mechanic in lahore.

Brother please re check the PLUGS as of many times mechanics don't plug it properly and the car RPM effects and make vibration/noise , some times RPM goes high and then Low. Its happened with me as well. I have changed the QUILE Cable and then PLUSG ko saaf krwa kr lgwaya ... Now its working very very smoothly . . RPM start honay p 1 p ana chaheye.

Missing to probably spark plus wires ki vajah se Kar rahi he get its replaced and you won't have missing problem

I have been having this problem in my Cultus since a long time and spent alot of cash but in vein . My new mechanic an efi specialist told me that AC card is problematic and there is no communication between AC and car ECU that's why it's having this problem the same thing you mentioned . Do you have any idea about how much should it cost repairing the AC card my mechanic quoted me 3.5k . Also the problem can be with IAC valve or sonsor because sometimes after driving 10+ kms the car turn off even without AC so I'm not entirely sure if computer card is faulty . My car does pick up rpm when AC is turned on and maintain stable rpm for 2-3 km but then rpm starts fluctuating and eventually cars start turning off

Have you ever left it parked and running for 15 mins? Check if it turns off then
