Cultus silencer change help required

My cultus is making too much noise like the cutted silencers of bikes that pindi boys use​the silencer guy at g10 islamabad was saying that the front small dholki/box GAL GAYE HAI(kharab) ab us ko kaat kr kholna ho ga agr repairable hua to 500rs other ap ko silencer kay midlle joint (gare kay darmiyan wla) se engine joint tak pura piece lgwana ho ga jo kay bhut short hai nahi milta so ap ko pura silencer change krna ho ga
My questions
*Is this silencer wala right?
*Whats the price of new cultus silencer(carby) and where can i get it (genuine)with brand and quality LOC:ISL/RWP
*Is this noise jo kay kafi had tk bike ky kattay hua silencer ki trah ki awaz deta ha silencer ka he issue hai ya engine ki awaz bhi ho skti hai as car ringain are weak
*kaya ye dholki bhi sirf chnge ho jati hai?

I once got complete exhaust of cultus changed except exhaust manifold everything piping two resonators brackets were changed everything including labour was under 3.5k and everything was of top notch quality front dolki is easily availble and cost 1k at max for best quality

Front dholki is only that dabba?

and about sound I can only make a guess about situation but the way you decribe it seems like exhaust issue
