Cultus speed running adjustment screw

my cultus speed running on cng is around 800 and lowers with
lights/radiator fan etc..wanna increase it a bit..

Can anyone plz tell me which screw do we use
to adjust the rpm (speed running) of the car (carburetor)..

for me 800RPM is good... if ur car is not rattling/virating then leave it as it is ..

to increase RPM on CNG ... there is a small knob on the CNG kit (use to increase or decrease idling) .. it can rotate by your hand .. ..

start your car on CNG .. let it settle the RPM. i mean leave the car start till it relase the autochoke and RPM comes to normal .. or 800RPM ..
then rotate that knob to increase or decrease RPM to desirable level

no need to do anything with CARBURETOR .. otherwise u will spoil your petrol settings..

and wht is ur car RPM with AC on ??

i have fiddled with that cng screw but the limit it is offering is not serving me..
actually the thing is the rpm is fine in idle.. when headlights on radiator fan on it drops a bit around 500 which is not that good..another thing which i noticed is that whenever i am driving at high speeds may be around 80~100 and i put ma car to neutral the rpm suddenly drops to near 2-300 and starts rattling or engine stops also sometimes but as the speed reduces the rpm self adjusts to around 7-800..
that is y i was thinking of increasing rpm a bit through the carburetor..through cng screw it is not making much rise in rpm at the present setting.

with ac..around 100revs drop somewhat..may be around 700

ok great ..

if u stand facing to your car u will see a screw with spring left side of the carburetor .. by the help of screw driver .. tight that screw very slightly .. it will increase the RPM ... (AC should be OFF) ..
then Open AC .. the see on the right side of carb (actually your right side) u will see another screw (connected with a spring) tight that a bit .. it will increase the RPM with AC on ..

one more thing or manga that i have done in the mean time is that.. thinking that it is the speed running screw i have bit rotated a screw..nothing obvious happened but may be on petrol something might have happened dat i dont know of..
This was the screw almost behind the carburetor bit on da right side with a white plastic cover on it and meant to be rotated with the flat head driver as it is engraved that way..

yes it can effect on petrol as well .. and doing anything with carb will definitely effect on petrol settings as well

that plastic head knob is actually air mixture know ( i hope i am right lolzz) .. it can increase or decrease the car over all engine speed ..

but ur prob is different .. ur car actually drops RPM when u open the AC .. car should IDLE UP when u put load on engine like when u start the AC ..

so u need to play with that two screws ..

i hope i have not messed up much with that plastic capped screw..
sir btw i didnt feel much rpm drop with ac on, not that drastic..
i posted this bcoz of the problem that generally when more electronics are in live mode in the car like head lights, break lights, radiator fan .. all of them when ON then rpm drops to around 500..
and another main reason of posting here was that too much rpm drop (2-300) when i put car to idle at a speed around 80.. (now which screw should i look into, the white headed one or the other two u mentioned??)

well all three things has to be adjusted ..

what is your car position on PETROL ...

u need to do a proper tuning .. carb settings better take your car to a good mechanic and adjut the settings

instead of IDLE UP car is actually reducing RPM ..

1st IDLE UP on following
Radiator Fan
Blower Fan
screen defogger
lights ..

with no load on engine ... 800 RPM is perfect for me ..

second IDLE UP is with AC ..

some time back, i had this issue of rattling rpm in cultus vxri 2008.
some one on this forum advised me to change the actuator and install a manual one that cost me 150 rupees (made of steel with a big bolt on it for adjustment)
its been one year since i changed the actuator, i dont face the rattling rpm problem.

I have also facing problem idle speed problem in my vxri cultus.
as it equived with eletronc adjustment through sofware.
At start up, its rpm goes up to 1500rpm (No issue), and dropped up to 850 or 900 as as redaitor water temprature increased.
But after running on road about 30 min. when i apply break on road the idle speed not stay at 850 or 900, it droped so much that car stopped.
i have got two to three time adjustment by suzuki dealer,
during last visit, he told that there is problems with the throtling valve issue,
they have cleaned it and setting with lap top soft ware.
But my issue is still there.
please help, i m to much exhausted that who will resolve this issue.

this is a common problem in cultus vxri. i got it setled from suzuki raiwind motors lahore.
if u have been to lahore , check out them ,hopefully they will solve your problem
