I have Cultus VXR 2001 model. Its speedometer is simple one (NO RPM meter biultin)

Since some dayz i was noticing noise in it and speed needle is not behaving properly.

I want to change my speedometer to a new one with RPM meter built-in.

First of all tell me is this possible to fit a new style dash meter with new one with rpm builin.

If yes then, what is the price of this unit?

yeah just go to bilal gunj in Lahore and you will find it, mechanically it willbe a bolt on fit, but the electric connectors(grips) might need a bit of alteration, but it wont be difficult as dot3 has already mentioned.

no change required just replace with newer one, from Bilal Gunj you can get that in 2500RS with old after some bargain (asking price was 7000)and get that speedometer serviced from some expert. check all bulbs & that's it.
no change in wiring at all firsthand experience

Thanx for useful reply.

Ok, i will go to Bilal Gunj in coming dayz. But tell me what is meant by speedometer service, i.e dis assembly of whole meter or just check for Light and Bulbs (as u mentioned).

And can i change the mileage on that new meter. and also is there any way to check meter is faulty or not.

2500RS + OLD speedometer
& service is necessary because of dust partials & to check the circuit. That suggestion is to avoid inconvenience.
When I got speedometer for my friend & get installed then removed to replace fused bulbs then removed for the cleaning.
so I am suggesting meter expert,Meter expert will charge RS500 in that thorough wash inspect & fitting in the DB included that price I paid to Punnu in liberty market.
