Who ever told you to use 20w-50 is idiot
Use 5w-30 (even if your engine is used on 20-50)
U need a oil with high zddp which isn't available in 5w-30 you will have tp add zddp booster to api SL or higher engine oil aswell the closest oil you can pour is shell helix 5w-30 and add a lil zddp booster

engine overhauled using standard sized pistons and sleeves.
now I want to replace my gear oil and engine oil.
for which gear oil should I go and engine oil should I use shell 5w-30 or Zic A 10-30 ?? Btw I was unable to find zddp booster ? from what name it is being sold in market or any local language name or screenshot of it ?

Bro i am sorry to say sleeves is the worst thing to place and your engine would not last long not even a year

You simply can't find zddp booster in market try liquid moly stores or try online stores like daraz or dastyab etc

Zic A and A+ are extremely bad oil for cultus

BTW to bed rings perfectly try this method
Go on open road and accelerate deccelerate between 2k-4k rpm

Brother did not have any other option , previous owner had already overhauled the engine upto last extent and swapping with same type of engine didn't sound any good to me and was even too heavy on my pocket.

That sleeves were installed by that khiradya , I'm not sure about dry icing but I'll go ask him now as for my satisfaction and it might be helpful in future as well.. BTW what do we call this dry-icing in local language if he doesn't understand

This fluid is not what I meant it is used when you lifter gets jammed (cylinder not Firring)

Guess the same problem with my cultus 2006, oil being used is zic high flow (20w-50). Mechanic said not to use zic a , as engine not in so good condition so it will reduce the oil.
As soon as u start the engine u can hear the noise like "tik tik" and sound remains there on idle. So for that a month or three weeks ago I get my head worked from khiradiya , tikki , valve, waterbody etc all were installed new, even the cam(kabuli) was changed. But the sound is still there, Sound like tractor engine or sewing machine u can say. what to do @Xulfiqar bhai and other seniors . Need help

Can That manifold be found from silencer workshops ? Once silencer guy quoted 2500 or whole silencer , guess that didnt include this manifold....
One more thing, OFF topic but
air intake has small plastic piece to narrow the air passage I guess for cng , Should I install it or not ?
plastic is installed in between hose and rubber that goes into air filter, to narrow the air passage.. Should I remove that for better performance and millage or not ?

if you are not using cng, phir remove it, else leave it as is

This is not oil thickener thus fulid is used to remove sludge from lifter and piston rings its a hit or miss if your rings are clogged using this fulid can stop oil consumptions

And as for air blockage if you use car on cng either find correct venture or keep using that block
If you don't use car on CNG remove it

maybe the oil is thin or you should change the oil pump and make a habit to change the oil pump at a time of pouring a new oil. i suggest 20w50 castrol GTX is good.

20w-50 ? wouldnt that be too thick for hydrolic lifters ?
btw how to check if oil pump is working efficiently or not ?

I should go for Shell 10w-40 ,15w-40, or 5w-30 ? or caltex ? (Not going for Zic A/A+, as u told me so)

Use Suzuki sgo oil api SG one (premium don't pour ultimate) its 10w-40 (a bit thick but very close to manufacturer spec)

Perform oil pressure test to check if oil pump is working right
