Cultus timing issue

I bought a second used 2015 model cultus. It has RPM issues and when it heats up it starts missing. I have changed plugs got Throttle boddy cleaned. One mechanic said its electric issue, while electric guy says its issue with timing and it will cost 50-70k to get this timing fixed. is there any cheaper way to keep rpm stable.
While driving on AC it is very difficult as the rpm drops below and some times shuts down while changing gear.
Same issue without AC if car engine has warmed up.
while engine is cool or is only driver for half hour it works fine.
Any help will be appreciated.

50-70k for timing fix?
Just take it to a sensible person. And get the timing adjust using timing gun.
I have a doubt on IAC and tappets as well get it checked.
