Since you guys are well aware that cultus is gonna discontinue by the end of 2016 or next year and new launch is imminent. Do you think the resale value of cultus will effect as we saw that Khyber has been discontinued since 2000 or so but we see it running on the roads and the recent example is Alto which got discontinued in maybe 2012 i guess. .but people still love to buy.

It might effect it's resale but we can't tell for sure. I mean people are still selling 2012 Alto for 600k +
I own an Alto and one thing is sure that it's parts are now slightly expensive than before.

Resale had already been affected with the rumours that cultus would b discontinued nd with the increase f japanese vehicles. 3 years back u could sell cultus under 1 hour at close to ur desired price but now it takes months to sell cultus unless ur lucky enough

All the above mentioned cars have different story except alto. Alto nd cultu have similar story. U spend huge amount nd u cant even get power windows nd steering? Hosla chaoay aj k doar me ece fazul chez pe pese lganay k liay

I categories Mehran cultus alto as common man car bcz they are widely being used in Pakistan. Parts are not so expensive...majority people like these..... cz jaisi hasti wesi masti. ..

A good condition 1998 Khyber is around 300k.
dont expect much loss maybe 20-30k front current market at max nothing more

Now suzuki new line up will b alto 660 wagonr and celario ...and these all r new engine new techonology fuel efficient cars..and these cars will hve good resale...see the upshift in demand of wagonr...resale of wagon r is gr8....

That is great but price is a main factor. Wagon R is not very well sold in karachi. ...In the price of Wagon R, people think to buy passo mira or vitz. ..

Yes true brother but in karachi only..im frm fsd..here no resale of passo...but wagon r is local n can b sold in a day...infact people luking n its nt even available...karachi is a big market for jdm no doubt....its cheap in karachi also unlike other cities...vitz is hving good resale allover pakistan...but good vitz is starting frm 13 lacks

It's mentality problem bro. They say Japanese cars are far better than local ones....no doubt suzuki cars are definitely a common man car. Here vitz start with 900 onwards
