Sorry Man No snaps...
I tried to take snaps of the cut made by old loose belts but my celll didn't stored the photos, need to figure out the probllem....

The generator belt and ac belt also needs to replaced, i'll get those for the replacement of the wrong belt i bought and then get them replaced on thursday INSHALLAH.

and a good thing i found n my car is, it's tappet cover is openned for the first time today after 8 years

and a bad thing the tappets of Cultus are quite differnt and suggested me a person in rwp saddar that he'll get them adjsuted but when we contacted him he said he'll charge 3000 for the adjsutment, so am thinking of going to suzuki dealership in i/9 to get the tappets adjusted. the dealership is suggetsed to me by one of my friends and he says that they are very good experts....
lets seee what happens...

thats good to know zubair... the tappet adjustment in cultus is tricky due to the presence of HVLA system, the hydraulic valve lash adjusters eliminate need to adjusting the tappets in regular intervals, thats y u need to get them adjusted in a span of even 10 years

But Usman he said that two of the tappets needs adjustment as they are a bit harder.... Please suggest me waht to do...
As i am very "SHUKKEE" person, and am still to figure out the difference b/w the performance of my car b4 and after

if he is a real pro then let him handle it... otherwise i wont recommend to let anyone fiddle with the tappets until n unless tappets arent giving any problem.

It seems to me, you got quite a lot of service in a reasonable price... but i am bothered about the AC Gas (i.e. 1100) Quality, as here a person told me that it is not feasible to sell good quality gas below 1500...

And that person gave me warranty for one season. I hope it works for more than a season.

According to the mechanic, my car still had the company fitted AC Filter and hence that filter worked from about 8 Years...

^ gives you an idea of the QC standards back then... however the AC of my bro's 2007 alto vxr (which he bought zero meter) went out of order within the first year of purchase... :o

not to mention other issues that we experience in today's suzuki products, i believe the 1999-2003 was the golden period of pak suzuki QC standards.. at least for the cars discussed here

I bout some more things in replacemment of that timing belt today (the ac belt, the generator belt and tappet cover seal)... will change them INSHALLAH tomoro...
