the rims are good, but not good enough for the tyres i have purchased, the tyre wala said to me that " in suzuki rims pe ye tyres pore khulte nahi "

I bought these tires back in September last year. It costed me Rs.13,200/- with one year warranty/40,000km.
These are good year tires, GT3 175-70-13.

Recent work done.
I changed the petrol tank pump twice.. I bought the first one from bilal gunj for 900rs. It worked only for 3 months. Then second time I bought new, costed 1050rs.
This is the one I bought from bilal ganj.

my fuel filter was choked which became the reason for damaging the pump.

I also changed my headlight tubes as they became quite dim. They were of Philips Germany 60/55W.

Bought new tubes of Koito Japan 100/90 W and also installed relays after which the lights got much better. The tubes costed Rs.230 each and the relay work was done in around 650rs.

A friend of mine working at Paksuzuki gave me set of tubes those are Osram Germany same 60/66W. but the one I have in the car are Philips.

Asked for that he said now the new cultus has Osram tubes. dont know weither its correct or not.

and yeah I should have done that before. Earlier I got my headlights chromed from inside, costed rs800 but the light didn't get any better. But now after getting the relay work done, there is a clear difference in light and it is much more than before.

@Kamran.. regarding the seat covers..

i had plain blue cotton seat covers for Rs. 300/- in 2006.. looked pretty clean when new but greatest disadvantage was the protection of genuine seats underneath.. even the sweat marks used to get transferred to the seats.. in addition to this the strings broke quite quickly

in 2007 i installed fabric seat covers for Rs. 550/- as in image below.. those work better than the cotton seat covers but if kids spill something like cold drink etc then it was easily absorbed and thus the seat underneath would get affected.. in both the cases above the maintenance was too difficult and the life of the covers was very short.

later in 2007 in installed these semi leather+ ragzine type seat covers for Rs. 1400/- which are there for nearly 3 years now and no problem of broken strings or any damage yet.. the maintenance is very easy since u can wipe them out with a wet cloth and they look pretty decent even after approx 3 years of their life.. so my verdict is to go for such covers rather than spending on fabric covers every now & then

also i noticed that the A/C vents in your car are broken, have u tried to get it fixed.. mine were perfectly fine till now but my daughter recently got rid of one so i might have to find an option to fix it or replace it. do let me know if u have any idea!

yeah two of them are broken, haven't thought yet of getting them fixed..and as far as i think, they cant be repaired or fixed..will have to replace them.

@Usman: Your recomendations will be great guidence for when going for seat covers at the moment will take care of the one which I have.

As for the A/C vent grill I also have one of the strip broken at the passenger side vent
