I would suggest to go for brand new Cultus AGS, else if, you can afford and buy clean Passo, with auction grade 4.5 / above, then Cultus doesn't beat it!

Ciltus AGS.1ktfe engine is a crap with tractor noise.
Whether it is a Brand New Cultus AGS or a the Older one generation one. Passo is way better than a cultus in terms of relaibility, engine, transmission, built quality, technology. it all depends if you can find a clean Passo.
Bhai Suzuki k series engines are extremely good in power and economy. Passo apart from being JDM has nothing positive...even the shape is cartoonish for many.. Cultus/celerio is much better isn drive as well.
