Salam Guys.
A mechanic which i relied upon for tunning, did some spray in Carb to reduce fuel intake & better mileage. Since then, when the car is cold, in early morning startup, it makes hissing sound, & increases just when i give race upon driving. Afterwards on its third or fourth startup along the day till like afternoon, then when it has ample run and gets hot, the hissing sound goes away. What can i do about it?
Secondly, my car does not start with few idle pumps first, then ignition turned on, that too after second like try.
Suggestions would be great please.
