then problem can be carburetor or weak fuel pump. do you remember when this problem started? you should try wd-40 and carb cleaner treatment of carburetor.

The fuel pump and plug wires were changed recently. So then it must be carb?

whats the technical reason of pressing the accelerator half? mechanic at toyota walton told me to press the accelerator full always before starting engine on petrol...
and what does pressing accelerator on engine off car do? coz fuel pump is off so how does fuel moves in pipes?

The ignition switch of my cuore has become quite hard to rotate, sometimes even it refuses me to turn it on. Then I pull out key, insert it by changing side even then it takes force to rotate.
whats the reason? and whats the remedy?

My cuore was giving low milage after engine overhauling. A mechinec opened carburator and found out that Slow jet is broken inside caburator.. He said broken slow jet wont get out .. What should i do ?

it can be cleaned. it takes dry lubricant like lead. i never did it myself. got it done from electrician. but i think it is easy to do at home.

Infact I poured few drops of mobil oil, then key was easily inserted but rotation is still hard. I think I will have to open the steering lower garnish to lubricate this.

yes you will need to open it all. mobil oil will make it attract dirt. in my cuore any key can work now. and turning is easy. the opposite.

there must be some work around. show carb to some khiradia. maybe he can take it or remaining part out. maybe new jet can be fitted on it.
anyway it can not break itself. some ustad has mistreated it.

2.5k is reasonable. maybe it is from a stolen car. if they give guarantee that it will work fine, go for it.

Few days back I got the thermostat valve checked from Toyota garden motors n explained the situation to them
After investigation they said that car Temps are ok no need to change thermostat valve :rolleyes:

My 2004 automatic cuore is giving 15km in 100 rupees CNG with AC.
Is it good?
Because my cousin's Mira give 14km in 100 rupees petrol with AC.

What is the fuel consumption of auto cuore on petrol?? With & without a/c plus in city & highway driving.. please also state the average speed when getting such fuel consumption figures..

My manual gives more than this, no idea about auto. I feel you need to get your car properly tuned.
