Not an expert but auction cars usually are in bad condition with missing parts etc. Also bidding in Pakistan is highly dubious as the bids are usually made by insiders who know what to bid for which car. You may end up bidding too high for a junk car.

Everything else is okay but such cars usually dont have any documentation. Just a letter stating customs auctioned.

Usually they are not easy to sell. Rest is okay

thanks for reply yesterday i went to customs the car was properly parked in shed and in mint condition, no scratch, no dents , tires were in good condition , reverse camera was found ok. today my agent will receive the file along with a copy of shipping documents and keys, and Inshallah will go again to Port for test driving.

Shipping documents? Shipping documents come to the importer. If a car is being auctioned by the government, why would the imported give shipping documents.

u wont get original shipping doc but you will get complete photocopy of shipping document and all original receipt of amount paid by you to customs and other related departments, customs will also give you an original letter mentioning complete details of vehicle and purchaser, this letter will help you to get your car registered.

If I imported a car. Documents come to me, customs auction my car. Why would I give any copies to the customs

What duty? Their is no duty paid. It's a left over scrap, that no one is claiming and not paying duty for or not wanting to get it cleared. that customs is auctioning to clear space.

You will only get one letter that the car is custom auctioned and cleared for registration.

This is what happens in case of customs auctioned vehicle. Unless you are getting some other type of auctioned vehicle
