Custom Auctioned Cars Resale & Prices

Assalamu Alaikum Everyone,

I recently came across an unbelievable ad on PakWheels, where someone is selling their Custom Auctioned Vehicle ( Islamabad Auction 2023) model 2013 Toyota Mark X for a fraction of what the car's actual worth is. The actual worth of that vehicle in imported market is around 1Cr but the buyer is asking just 25 Lac saying it is a custom auctioned car with original Islamabad number plates and smart card with Customs Doubling Documents.
can some expert shed some light on this?
Do you think it is a legit ad or it is some kind of scam?
If real, do you think that such vehicles can be resold easily?

Example: There is a legit mark x with orig documents auctioned by customs and that car worth 1 cr

Doubling means an ncp car with same color as above is copy pasted with the chassis and other credentials of the above legit car and now there are 2 cars of same number. Excise record will show legit data but in laboratory test or if both cars are in one place they will be caught.

If you are a law abiding citizen stay away from such car.
