exhaust is awesome in concept but need to be relocated towards back..

I agree front beam must be under the meter

lots of messy wires popping out of almost every where looks ridiculous...

side tappas must be error free and professionally fitted instead of wire tied with frame...

lots of equips are hanged with copper wire... no gud for a cruiser... must be fitted like they should be...

sit near the bike think aesthatically where the horns must be which look elegant and do the job perfectly..

Bike need many changes before it can actually go for a repaint.

Bench Mark (green signal for repaint):

1 - No Copper wire, harnessed part on complete bike
2 - every thing reaches its final position, horn, light, Radiator pipes, and look aesthetically Good and work 100%
3 - Side Tappay/meter console/ carier~sissy bar is finished with complete alteration
4 - Wingay chibbay indicator reach there final position where thy will sit in final design.
5 - Denting work is all done.

Thanks for detailed critical response @vickytulla. I have started working on this list. Will complete it asap. I also don't like extra wires here and there. Getting rid of it one by one. Side Tappas and radiator pipes are on my hit list now

Headlight Placement:
The current position of the headlight makes the chopper look more mainstream than a "custom" chopper.

Examine exhibit A:
Notice how the headlight is "pushed" back into the space between the front forks in the picture below.
It makes it a snug fit........ a more tight fit, a fit with least amount of tolerance.
Matlab no empty spaces between the accessory and its mounting point.
Its easier said than done. Kehnay ko sirf headlight ko peechay push kerna hai......... but its not that easy.
But I highly highly recommend it........... itna peechay hokar headlight fit ho sakti hai.......utna peechay fit kero. U wont regret the look.

Silencer:

Exhaust guy did cut some corners. They always do that. The bent from the manifold is made with multiple straight pipes joint together to form a bend.......... I mean it looks OK...... better than some exhausts i have seen but it would have been soo much better if those straight pipes were bent to form angle so that the exhaust could just almost kiss the frame......... slight tolerance........a good snug fit.

BTW I love the new tyre....specially the front one.
I love the seats.

Agreed with both of your points @aximaxim. Light will go back as i said earlier and silencer will be totally custom made this was just a temp fix for an experiment. Learned a lot from it for the final build (Y) will consider your points for sure

Well about the update. Trying to find the perfect Silencer or i would have to get it custom made.
I liked this one. It looks Bad *** and sounded good as well.

Time to make some crash bars.

and steel sheet to cover back side of the rear support.

and the most important rear carrier. Will fit trunk on it and it will save break light from furious 70 walas.

Found this pipe bending guy he was very supportive and knew what he was doing.

Rear carrier. Vertical bars will be welded between the pipe and then chromed.

Man o Man.... there was an evil Chopper on Lahore's lonely roads last mid night... I got whooped thrice... @angel82 do you have any info.. it was a molvi with a stethoscope and was riding a heavy chopper similar to yours... butchering racers badly ... including me
