Custom clearance issue

Hi i ordered a sensor from Belgium and got this letter dont know how to deal with customs i asked the company to declare it in research head but they didn't, Now what documents i need to provide to get it cleared,

with this letter in hand visit the respective office address and seek their help. any babu in that office will extend help against some fee, in addition to applicable customs duty.

Here is the problem i am in layyah,Punjab and this is issued by customs in karachi

in this case the only option you are left with is to provide authority letter for Fedex / UPS ( as mentioned in the letter) to process clearance on your behalf. Provide them with invoice of payment you have made against your order. otherwise customs will process the duty & tax amount at Total value mentioned in the packing list.

you can locate fedex / ups local agents and provide them with package number to know approx value declared over documents in their possession. Use email, everyone is working from home these days.

You should have checked whether the Sensor come under custom duty or not.

Now you will probably have to go with all documents to get it cleared or hire a clearing agent from Multan.

Call FedEx helpline get number from their site. Tell them you want to send authority letter to what email you should send them. Then email that latter with Nic copy and wait 1-2 days for reply/confirmation.

If you don't get it then I'm afraid may have to visit their office physically and find someone responsible nfor accepting n processing ur authority letter .
