The reason IMC cruisers are expensive is because they are brand new and legally imported with full duties paid and their sales invoice literally says Toyota on it, you can even trace those chassis/serials nos. right back to the factory (which is required when you want to claim a recall in Pakistan)
If Toyota ever recalls anything on your GCC spec wagon, you need to ship it back to where it was sold.
