I wanted to check if I can import a 2015 Prado TX Limited from U.K. into Pakistan, i.e. 3 years old. What will be the customer duty and other charges, the vehicle has cost me around 45 lacs here. On the FBR site it says as per the latest policy 5 year old used SUV s can be imported and the custom will be 60%, but it doesn't say 60% of what, the buying price?
It will be great if you can please give me an estimate about the import charges, and would it better if I wait 2 more years before I import it as I heard there is a discount on custom duty for each month. So the custom on a 3 years old vehicle will more than a 5 year old vehicle.
