Aslamoalykum, I am planing to modify my car Toyota gli 2005. I want to reshap its windshield by cutting its corners to round, bo know one knows is it possible to cut winshiled in to desired Shape?
It is not advisable to do any kind of modifications with the OEM windshield, doing so will create other problems, so it is my suggestion to drop this idea.
The rest is your choice.
It will produce many issues. Water leakage, Not sealing properly, wind noise etc. So its not advisable.
How will it creat wind noise and leakage?
It will not seat properly, thus creating minute gaps

OK, I am planning to design a Lamborghini shaped shell on my car, so I will cut thr windshield according to the new design fitting, now fitting of wind shield in new design is a seperate topic. Abhi to ye he k ye cut ho jati he?
Not at all good idea, this will bear many issues.
Water leakage Resale issuesAnd if windscreen is cracked again in future than you got to manage this again.
