the dust in our country causes the same problems for a stock paint job as well... its always shows on darker colors.. the adv with wraps is that with cleaning you dont get paint swirls, infact it protects the oem paint. so your comment is kind of baseless..

that's stupid if someone is so curious of the color of his car why don't he just park it at home instead of driving a car which is custom wrapped but full of dust.

bro.. dont get a wrap.. be happy with your shiny car, which is full of swirls, and dust too.. (which you wont admit)..
be happy spending time and money on detailing products... and still getting it dirty 5 min later when it gets on the road!

meanwhile all we need is water and a micro fibre cloth!! gives us more time to actually drive the car!!

Matte wobt give awesome reflection like normal paint does.and we are happy to spend on detailing products:cool:

Custom wrapping may be good for shashka and giving a unique look but don't confuse it by saying that one should use it for protecting the paint. And does it cost less then the detailing products? Well I guess no, it costs much much more then that in fact you guys are having monopolistic rates here in Pakistan. So it's just for shashka and unique look, nothing more.

i wonder at the IQ level of people on this forum... no **** matte will not give a shine, its matte!!!

1) yes it is a "shashka", just like the shashka of putting rims or a nice music system in your car.. its just that this shashka makes your car stand out and look unique more so then any of the other shashkas you spend on

2) get your facts straight. Wraps (or PPF Paint Protection Film) is meant to protect the original paint.. that is ofcourse if you use good material and not generic crap. In fact in cities like Karachi, where rusting is a problem, the wraps prevent against such damage.

3) if over the span of 3 years you calculate the time and money you spend on detailing products, despite which your car still looks like the standard car that everyone else has... i dont know what sense that makes to you..

to each his own brother... so please lets put this conversation to rest.

well no matter if its shashka or expensive or detailing products are cheap and effective i dont care a car always looks in both conditions best to me even an old car is perfect NO OFFENSE to BOTH sides i kind of love the WRAPPING and your guys hard work i know its not easy...and detailing a car is also not easy...INN SHAA ALLAH will be detailing my swift till the time i have permission to wrap my swift..

wraps arent all that bad.. maybe you are of this opinion as you havent seen a 1080 wrap. The cheaper wraps look like crap i agree..
