If I have a 2012 Lahore registered car at the moment. Would I be able to purchase a vPlate and use it on the the car?

If you are planning to sale your vehicle, simply detach vplates and use them with your newly purchased vehicle after getting it approved from E&T officials.

This is good initiative. In US same practice followed where registration plate is issued to a person despite of vehicle.

Small questions, number plate will be issued in my name, if police stops me, wat will i show them? Do they give any certificate with it that i can run this number on any car? Will i need to keep both, car papers and that certificate with me all the time as ITP isent user friendly these days and they fine u first before u can get a chance to talk with them? How do they knw i own which car and is the car really mine?
