coming to your question, it can be applied to the whole body. in fact it gives it a deeper and better shine than a normal polish. try it and see for yourself. it IS meant for cuts and all but i personally think its very essential to get it done once every three months or so.
as for the purchasing place, i really dont know because i know i dont have the strength to rub that hard and thus never bot it. as for the place you can get it done from, well you can get it done from any polish fellow. m personally pretty satisfied with the guy at the F-8 Caltex. The Jinnah Shell pump is pretty well known for good polishers too and is always pretty crowded, even at 9 pm at night. i havent seen them polishing a car completely though; just once or twice when i got mine done with the normal one.
the best guy i saw was behind the fire brigade. my, he kept rubbing one part for around fifteen minutes and said it'd take two and a half hours for a Corolla. i know its pretty polluted but that guy worked wonders. i settled the amount to Rs. 600 but never got the chance to go there again. the guy with him who cleans the interior has a mobile (03335208413) and you may contact him on that in case you wish.
