Got my 10th generation Honda Civic serviced at Honda Margalla, Islamabad. Regarding CVT fluid change I noticed that:
They did not have proper funnel for pouring CVT fluid into the CVT. So the technician used a contraption (funnel + pipe taped together for this purpose. Contamination may enter CVT assembly if that contraption is used to service vehicles with different types of transmissions.
They do not check level of fluid after pouring, even though a check nut is provided for this purpose. YouTube videos insist that check nut must be opened to check fluid level.
The washer of drain bolt was not changed after re-bolting the drain hole. They say that is standard practice.
The technician checked all the tires while the car was raised, and found two nails embedded in the tires. That was nice.
